Question: How many calories would you burn in 50 minutes of strength training/heavy lifting!?
im 5'6, 135 and 18 years!.

i do incline bicep curls
shoulder press
squats
wrist curls
tricep pushups
bycicle kicks

Answers:
It varies a lot, but probably in the range of 500 - 700 calories!. You burn more afterwards, since your body needs to repair the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
