Question: What is wrong with my nipples!? (serious!)!?
i am a 15 year old male and about two years ago two hard discs formed under my nipples! it bothers me, it has lowered my selfesteem, it is extremely embarrassing, can u explain this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't freak out, it's just the hormones going crazy!. It's completely normal!. It happens to 70% of boys your age, happened to me, My doctor told me the best thing was to promote testorone to the area by doing pec flys and bench press, lots of reps, light wieght!.
I was too lazy though!. lol, so I can't tell you if that works or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It happens to everyone i remember just having rocks I don't know how noticeable they are but they shouldn't really be a problem!. Me and my friends called them rocknips!. Though we had them around the age of 13 14!. so idk if I'm talking about the same thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah dude it's normal!. It was scary at first but if you ask your buddies about it they most likely have them too!. They will reside after a few years!.!. nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
