I wake up this morning and go take a shower, usual routine!. But in the shower I notice that!.!.I don't really know, like my penis has some sort of white stuff on it!.!.!.I guess you can compare it to skin but it neither really looked too much like it or felt like it!. It's a sort of white layer that comes off!.!.!.
It was on the bottom half of my glans (penis head) where my foreskin covers!.

Could be discharge from a nocturnal emission!. Wash your groin area thoroughly (which you've probably done already) and keep an eye on it!. I wouldn't panic!. If it is a fungus you can get some over the counter cream like Lamisil Ultra!. Are you keeping trimmed up!? not a thing to worry about since you have not ben out having risky sex all week!. Shower every morning and immediately after any activity that gets you hot or sweaty!. And each time you shower retract yrou foreskin to wash, rinse and dry!. All you have is a bit of smegma under there but regular cleaning will reduce it nicely and keep you smelling good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Are you circumsised!? It sounds like smegma, which is not uncommon in un-circumsised men!.
Smegma is a build up of sebaceous secretions, dead skin, oil, sweat and so on!.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but it also generally has an odour!.
