How can I put on more "bulkiness" (not weight necessarily)?!


Question: How can I put on more "bulkiness" (not weight necessarily)!?
I'm a fairly skinny guy and I don't really like it to much!. I don't mind my body really, I don't cover it up and try to hide it away or anything!. I just want to get a little bit more muscular, or a little bit bigger, without putting on a lot of weight or anything!.

I'm not anorexic, not even close, just somewhat skinny!.

Has anyone got any tips for getting more muscular!? I have some weights, and a running machine too!. Is there anything else I should consider!?

i had that same problem im a skinny guy, and i found if you lift heavy weight small reps, to get "bigger", for example start your warmup, with lets say curling, start out 10 pound if you can do more than 15, then increase to 20, you want to be your max at 7, and then after 7 reps, put more wieght on and try for 6 but make sure you do your upper body the same, and, your lower like legs, your gunna want to do alot of squatting, heavy wieghts, and alot of leg presses, if you need more info email me ill give you my screenameWww@Answer-Health@Com
