Only your doctor can tell you by doing a sperm count!. But the likelihood is good that you'll be able to father a child since you still have the second testicle!.

Usually there are no problems with one undescended testicle!. See your doctor for a sperm count test and you will know the answer!. The chances are good that you will be fine!.
