Is it possible to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks?!


Question: Is it possible to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks!?
and progress at excersize at the same time!? Please no wierd answers like "cut off a limb"

*Note: I put it in "mens health" because I know that a lot of guys know their stuff when it comes to training and healthy diets

Yes it is possible, eat high fiber cerial and pure fruit juice only and lots of water!. No more than 45min cardio btween sleeping!. Just to worn u our bodies rely on carbohydrates to produce serotonin(happy juice), so if you feel a bit deppresed that is why!. Be strongWww@Answer-Health@Com

That would be not advisable at all:you will faint and dehydrate!.
