Question: Gaining weight for summer!!?
I know sounds a bit ridiculous but for the summer i would like to gain weight and muscle if possible

all my life I've always been on the thinner side and be working outside during the summer as well and wondering how i can gain some weight and muscle as well

not any particular area like buns and thighs on tuesdays but just some simple workouts to increase my profile

You can go to walmalt what I did to gain weight buy some whey protein and I gained 15 pounds in a week by lifting weights every other day and drinking the recommended dose of whey every day

I would suggest eating a hearty breakfast!. then go to the gym to stretch and work out!. Maybe around 1-2 hrs!. Don't weight lift too much or else it will hurt!. Do alittle bit of everything in the gym and keep it on a daily basis!. Afterwards, eat a moderate lunch, exercise, then eat a moderate lunch with lots of protien, calcium, and calories!.

i came up with my very own way of putting on weight and it's brilliant,

Try drinking an Pint of Ice Cream With whaterver meal you have and i mean whaterver meal you have

And yes i did say drink it although let it melt a bit first
