Few things, one you must reduce the amount of calories you are eating!. Check everything that you put into your mouth!. Stop eating Carbs!!! Lots of veggies and plenty of water!.
The most important thing is exercise!! Your weight at present is high so take it easy at first but walking is the best form for someone like yourself!. Make it brisk and add time to your walk every time you go!. Keep carrot sticks available when you get hungry and try isometrics when sitting idle!. Suck it in and hold it and let it out!. Combine all of that and you should do well!. Someone of your weight though should consult with a Doctor when taking on a dramatic weight loss such as this!.

there is no 'really really' fast if you intend to lose fat and not just water and muscle mass!.

Eat small balanced portions of low calorie, low saturated fat foods a set number of times a day, fr instance:

-Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between!.
note: it helps if yo eat these meals around the same time everyday, and don't wait too late after you wake up in the morning before you eat breakfast!.

Also, don't eat more calories than you are burning per day!.

In addition to that, increase your cardio exercise, and do weight training, this will help you lose fat that is covering muscle, tone the muscles that are there and increase your metabolism so that you continue to burn calories even when you are at rest!.

The healthy way may not be the fast way, but it's the longer lasting way!.

First of all, you need to love yourself!. You shouldn't lose weight to please someone else, you should lose it so you can be healthy!. I went on this diet for about 3 months and lost 30 pounds!. All you do is, eat 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon in the morning with 1 cup of grapefruit juice, for lunch eat 1 bowl of salad with low fat or fat free dressing and 2 pieces of boneless chichen breasts and 1 cup of grapefruit juice, for dinner you do the same as you did for lunch!. For an evening snack, drink 1 glass of skim milk!. Be sure to eat the bacon and the salads because this starts the burning process!. You go on the diet for 12 days and then go off it for 2 days and eat anything you want!. It can be dangerous if you over do it or if you are on it to long!. I wouldn't go on it for more than a few months at a time!. Remember that this is a crash diet!. So, if you don't continue to watch what you eat, you will gain it back in a couple of years!. The only way to lose weight really really fast is by liposuction!. Liposuction however is insanely expensive!. As for those pills that a re allegedly endorsed by doctors most of them are scams!.
