Question: How should my son get muscles!?
my son is 11 and he wants big muscles that show!. what should he do and what dumbell weight should he use!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless he's already gone through puberty (which I doubt) his muscles aren't going to get that big!. They might be a decent size but they won't compare to a grown man's!.

Since he's only 11 he should really be working on his endurance and flexibilty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that he's wayy to young statistics show that(ive heard) that teenagers should start working out when they are around ages of 15and16 b/c, then, if you start to early around your sons age then when he's older his muscles will sag!.!.And he wont look so good!. he's still too young at that age!.Start off by just jogging or other cardiovascular workouts!.

11 is too young for weights but if he wants to he can do pushups and situps!. push-ups and situps work well by themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
