You need to work at it, to get your foreskin to stretch enough to retract back past the head (glans)!. It takes practice, and maybe some effort!. The only age factor is that you should be doing it by your teens, so that you can clean underneath the foreskin!. If it's really difficult or painful, you should see your doctor for advice, since sometimes a piece of the tissue just needs to be snipped to make the retraction easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your foreskin may be a little tight-fitting!. A doctor can loosen it up with a tiny incision - you wouldn't need a general anaesthetic!. Talk to your parents and family doctor about it!. This is quite normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
