Beard rash??!

Question: Beard rash!?!?

I'm growing a beard for the first time ever!. It's been about two weeks since I've shaved, and I'm starting to get some good growth!. In the last two days I've noticed a kind of burning feeling under my chin and there is a noticeable rash under the hair!. Is this normal!? Should I be worried!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
