Actually your concept is somewhat true-- some erections are much more intense, and erect, than others, depending on your level of sexual excitement!. So therefore a really hard and intense erection could be slightly larger than the morning wood you wake up with!. The only difference I've ever noticed is that your penis gets even harder just when your starting to ejaculate!.
