we were in a group of like 7 ppl and i meant to just pull down his shorts, because he pantsed me before!.!.so i had to get him back!.!.!.
but i pulled down his boxers too!. all the way to his ankles!.
I feel so terrible! He was so embarrassed!. There were 3 girls there, too!.

It was okay because his shirt was long, and most of the girls were in the front of the line , while the boys were in the back!. I was laughing my *** off, until a teacher said, "what's so funny!?" and we all stopped immediately!. Most people would be mad!. Smart people would stop the behavior rather than continuing it by "getting him back"!. What you are describing is at the very least (touching somebody in a rude or insolent manner) or, more likely it is sexual battery!. Conviction of sexual battery may result in jail time and lifelong registration as a registered offender!.
