This happens a lot:you just ruptured a small vein,can lead to pink or red sperm depending the injury!.

yes it will heal by itself and you have nothing to worry about!. you might have started some internal bleeding on the inside of you penis but that should heal on its own!. if it is not better in the next couple of days, then i suggest you go see a doctor!. but if it goes away then you are good and will probably not have anymore problems!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would highly recommend you to go and see a doctor immediately!. Since it is your reproductive organ in the question you will not want to drag this any longer as it might worsen your condition if you leave it as it is!. i would get tht checked out!. blood in semen is not normal at all!. it might heal on its own but ud hate to have internal bleeding right!? (and u wear a cup when u play football btw)!. it might have popped something or ruptured a blood vessel
