i have a very large odd "lump" so to speak on my penis!. it has started to smell badly and its very painful!. there is some drainage but not much!. it hurts to have sex and also hurts badly to pee!. now!.!. could it be an ingrown hair!? or should i be more worried!? would using a condom when i have sex stop it from hurting so much !? this is a serious question so please answer seriously thank you !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
