FIrst of all I can tell you about all of but it will take awhile, first thing they must put a tube called a cathertor in his penis through the urretha, thats your pee hole,ok, as far as the doctors having to take the bladdler out ,for one you cant live without a bladder so they must replace it with a pig bladder which is the same size as ahuman bladder!.and it works the same also!.and yes after he heals he will be able to pee normally, now about the intestinest, they would only take out the damaged part not the whole intestinest!.Do you know your small intestinens are 17 feet long straighted-out,and it connects to your large bowl which is called a !.colon!.and if your wondering if your friend will be normal he will be fine and able to live a normall life!.and after he heals he will be able to pee just like everyone else!. hope it helped you!.I worked in the health feild for 14 years!. so I have lived throw alot, seen alot and Know somethings!.No one knows everything!. Have a nice day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah if his bladder was removed they will have to recontruct it!.
another way to store and remove urine!. Several types of reconstructive surgery can be done depending on your medical situation and personal preferences!.

One possibility is a urostomy!. In this situation the urine drains into a bag attached to the outside of the abdomen!. In the ileal conduit procedure, a short piece of the small intestine (small bowel) or part of the large intestine (colon) is removed and relocated as a passageway (conduit) for urine to pass from the kidneys to the outside of the body!. Urine from the ureters flows into this small sac, or pouch, which is connected to the skin of the abdomen by a stoma, or opening!. Some urostomies empty continuously into a small bag placed over the connection and are worn under clothing!.

YES IT WILL MESS you knwo what
After radical bladder surgery, a man no longer produces semen, because this operation also removes the prostate gland, which produces most of the seminal fluid!. The sperm cells made in his testicles mature but they have no way to exit the body!. Instead, the body simply reabsorbs the sperm cells with no ill effectsWww@Answer-Health@Com
