Hey guys,
I am home for the summer from college and I was going to start working out/lifting till the day I go back for next semester!. I was wondering if I would actually see NOTICABLE results from lifting weights in like 4 months!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure you can!.

If you go heavy on the weights you will build mass quick!. You will be sore as hell tho until you get broke in!.

Don't forget to eat good for workin out!. Diet is just as important as workin out properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are dieting as well, so you will have more definition!. If you are dedicated to your lifting regime, it will show!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
