It's obvious that it is some kind of an infection or inflammation and even more obvious that he should see a urologist and get this problem treated!. There are a lot of symptoms, redness, pimples being signs of inflammation and burning being a sign of an infection!. He may need to use antibiotics, anti-fungals or hydrocortisone!. However, he needs a doc to determine what he needs to take!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, the symptoms of an STD need not ONLY present themselves on one's genitals to be considered an STD!. STD stand for, "Sexually Transmitted Disease", that simply means a disease or illness that one acquires from the close intimate contact of sex!.
As for this "Molluscum Contagiosum", if it is caused by a virus, it is certainly with in the realm of possibility that he acquired it from you!. Although you may not show symptoms of it yourself, if you still carry the virus then it is likely that you could give it to him!.
You and he should both go to your local health clinic and get checked out to be sure!. Most of these clinics, especially those run by Countys, are usually free!. If it dose turn out that he has something, they can give him any treatment he may need!.
(BTW, the word "contagiosum" suggests that this IS contagious!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
