Actually - Anyone that tells you that you are doing it too much is wrong!. If you had your foreskin you could do it 100 times a day and it would not ever matter!. I'm going to guess you are cut!. If this is the case then YES, you need lube!. Baby oil and water works well!. Try less pressure and some of the other recomendations listed by some of the other replies I see here!. I have a foreskin so its never been an issue for me!. Their recomendations are good except for the ones which indicate that you are doing it to much!.
Most males don't do it enough!. I started when I was 5 and have not stopped since!. Today I only do 4 a day, but there was a time when it was double and even tripple this number!.
Don't let anyone tell you that there is a TOO MUCH!. Not so!.!.!. You just need to find a way to reduce the friction!. Unfortunately if you're cut that means your tool is exposed to the drying effects of the air!. And so you need to apply your own replacement lube!.
