What are the 'side effects' of working out late at night?!


Question: What are the 'side effects' of working out late at night!?
i work out usually at around 1130pm-1200am cos thats the time i come home from work!. so what are the downsides of working out late at nite except for troubles falling asleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

We're wired together to want to sleep at night and be active during the day, so I would say that your strength & endurance probably wouldn't be as good as it would be if you worked out during the day!.

If you're eating regular, healthy meals, you're used to working out at this time, and you manage to get a decent amount of sleep, then you'll be fine!. Good on you for making the effort to do your workouts!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

nothing i dont think, because of your work pattern your body is probably used to it but going to bed staright after not a good idea you should give your self time to cool down and should just chill out for abit, i know going for a run/exercising just after you wake up is better for you and you are more likely to burn more body fat as your body has digested every thing while you was a sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
