How much time will it take to develop some muscle ?!


Question: How much time will it take to develop some muscle !?
i am 6'2" male , 22 yrs of age , 211 lbs , i go to the gym 5 days a week ,, what routine suits my body !? and how much time will it take to develop some real muscle!?>Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any routine is good as long as you can feel yourself getting a workout!. If your muscles are sore the next day, then you've done a great workout!. =)

To build up muscle, if you are doing the exercise every day or every other day, it should take about two weeks for muscle to start showing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to do light first as your body cannot cope and you are probably braking muscle down faster than it can develop, go light with high reaps it must burn, then go heaver next week with fewer reps but still must burn until finally you are doing heavy weight and bout 8 reps max !. but dont do same muscles everyday your body needs about 1 to 2 days rest to biuld up muscle!. also suppliments like protein and those things taken in moderation help your muscle build itself up quiker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on the situation if your stressed then you wont work as hard therefore you will not get muscle, so just relax and let the muscle build!.
just push yourself to the boundries every time your in the gym
make sure you do a huge range of fitness not just the same everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends how far u push yourself!.!.!. if you do the same routine day-in day-out ur body will be used to it n not change at all if you try and push harder every time u may see a change within a couple of weeks!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
