A lot-- boxers are loose baggy things that cover the midsection and down the legs a few inches, and have no support for sex organs!. Boxers tend to be hot and bunch up under pants!.
Boxer briefs are snug briefs with a more pronounced pouch in front, hence more room than regular white hanes or FTLs, and also have legs that extend a couple inches!. Boxer briefs provide more support for those who like support, though I find them uncomfortable around the legs-if you have large muscular legs they are constricting!.
I prefer low rise, pouch front briefs instead- best of all worlds!. Some basic support, lots of room, and no binding on the legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
