Question: Need help building up muscles!?
Hey, im 12 and i want to build up muscles!. I just want to know some good techniques i should be getting be getting weights soon!. But also i want to know if it is safe for me to workout!. If u need to know, yes i am in puberty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

12 is a little young to be lifting weight there are many exercises you can do with your own body weight like push ups, pull ups , etc!. also you will build more muscle by doing compound exercises like push ups which use more muscles then by doing isolation exercises like curls or presses!.

Eat a diet high in protien!. Exercise for an hour a day make up your own routine legs and glutes one day Arms and chest the next and so on leave two days for rest increase your calorie intake with healthy foods so you can keep muscle on!.

well i agree with the rest of the answers i think you should just play outside and be active, therefore you start gaining muscle but simply!.!.!.!.!.(but if you want to do weights is not dangerous unless you over do it!.!.!. ) but regular trainning makes you gain muslce expesially since your so young!Www@Answer-Health@Com
its too early to lift weights!.!.!. try swimming for 3-4 yrs!.!.!. it will define ur body shape!.!.!. shoulders, wings,chest, thighs and calves!.!.!. once they get a nice shape u can start pumping weights!.!. and swimming will also make u grow tall!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
