Well --Men can get breast cancer but it's pretty rare!. It's probably just from puberty but if you're worried you should have your mom make an appointment with the doctor for you!. Men can get breast cancer but I had those during puberty too!. They were little hard things under my nipple!. I wouldn't worry about it, it's normal!. Just those hormones kicking in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
