Having a lot of sex a good thing?!

Question: Having a lot of sex a good thing!?
I remember reading somewhere that sex is good exercise, and doing a lot of it is like doing a lot of exercise!. It's healthy and good for you!. But I was wondering for the men, since we get drained after sex, I was wondering if its a good thing!. I ask because I also read that a man's semen or cuum has lots of nutrients and protein, in fact, it has 100% daily value of protein, at least for the women if she decides to swallow!. My girlfriend loves the sex and we do it everyday almost 5-8 times a day!. I was afraid of losing protein because I hit the gym and work out 4 times a day and know a thing or two about protein intake and muscles building!. Though I can hold it until she orgasms and she cuums for all the times we do it and wait until the day's end or final time of doing it and then cuum!. I try to limit myself to cuum once a day or even once every two days we do it, but I find it torturing a little because I want to climax with her!. Any help please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
