I buy pure creatine, glutamine and take them seperately!.
Most of these supplement mixes are just ammino acids, creatine, and glutamine mixed with some flavoring and marketed to people who dont know any better!.

I haven't personally used it, but after looking at its ingredients the product is effective in the claims it has made!. BSN is a reputable company, but also a very expensive one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
