Why is it so hard for me to fall stright asleep unless i eat before i sleep?!


Question: Why is it so hard for me to fall stright asleep unless i eat before i sleep!?
i usally dont eat before i sleep but somtimes i fall asleep like that but usally i cant even fall asleep i dont get tried and i toss and turn all night what can i do to help me fall asleep faster and help me get up fresh with a good night sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes, when I missed breakfast, and couldn't afford early lunch, I got really irritated, weak, almost lightheaded!.

Some people, when their meals are quite apart, develop transient hypoglycemia - blood sugar falls temporarily!. Body reacts with release of adrenalin, which mobilize glucose stores to improve hypoglycemia, but at the same time adrenaline excites you, and you can't sleep!. I also can't sleep, if I go in bed hungry!.

So, be active during the day, have suppers, avoid energy drinks and colas with caffeine, and maybe make a plan for the next day, so you won't be worried about that!. It's also easier to fell asleep, in cool rather in warm room!.

If you find yourself that you can't fall asleep, go and eat something!. I even used to continue with my work in such cases, you can't FORCE yourself to get asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
