Second, I have sideburns!.!. Not HUGE ones, but they are really noticeable!.!. Is this good or bad!?
I also jump really high and really bad, is this something that should be happening or shouldn't!?

Average size is 6 inc for a fully grown male but as your 13 years old i find that slighty hard to belive!.
Sideburns can be good or bad, nothing wrong with 'em, it just depends if you want them or not!.
You can't really 'grow to fast', everybody grows & starts puberty at different times!.!.!.!.Some people start at 10 and some people 15!.
