Question: Hi there!. what do you call this!?
when you hang upside down and you have something that grip your ankle while you are doing Exercise!? you body is not touching the ground at all!. I have seen it on a tv not to long ago!. I think it has something to do with working out your abs!. and while you are upside down you can touch you toes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can just use a pull-up bar, most local parks have them (or even monkey bars!.)

Just pull yourself up and throw your legs over them!. I would suggest bringing a buddy just in case you tire and get stuck up there lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
