I have a hard time liking my body.?!


Question: I have a hard time liking my body!.!?
I am a 16 year old male, and weight about 125-130 lbs!. I am 5 ft!. 5 in!. I think that I am too thin, and fear that I may have a problem with my weight-being too thin!. I would like to know if anyone knows how I should eat to gain weight, what would my ideal weight be!? I plan to be around 150 lbs!. I am going to the gym and taking weight gainers, (which are Prescription and healthy) Please include how much exercise, what I should eat and how much I should eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 53 and the same height you are, and I'd *kill* to weigh 125-130 pounds!

I'm doing Weight Watchers and working out with a trainer five times a week, have lost 40 pounds and have been told there's NO WAY for a 53 year old man to weigh 125-130 pounds and to settle for (get this!) 170!

Trust me: you WILL gain weight!. It'll be two, three, maybe five pounds a year; and by the time you're 30 you'll be up around 150, and around 160 - 170 by the time you're 40, and then you'll be participating in The Never Ending Struggle To Keep Your Weight Under Control!.

Believe me: it *sucks*!.

If you're working out, then you're developing muscle mass and that's *really important*!. Don't worry about the weight -- it's going to come soon enough!.

Oh, and one more thing -- if, for any reason, you find you won't be using your pituitary, thyroid or adrenal glands any more -- can I have them!? :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't be so concern about your weight, I'm 5'11 and i only weight 130!.!. ( and by the way I'm 18)!.!.!. I'd say that your idea weight would be around 130 lbs!.!.!. just do your excises like you are doing and have fun, o and buy cloths that fit you, and get something sexy!.!.!. you can a least tell yourself that your not obese, some kids in the U!.S weight 200lbs!!! so think of it, your small and if you continue to go to the gym your going to be fit!.!. so wheres the problem!?! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're fine!. Although maybe a bit short!.
you're really not all that thin!. maybe you were born that way!? stop trying to gain weight and you probably will! just accept and embrace it and you will end up healthy!. just excercise normally (30 min, 4 x a week) and dont starve yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
