Question: If im trying to lose weight and get a six pack should i lift weights!?
This kid i worked with said if i do both cardio and lifting the body burns fat for 24 hours!? Should i lift heavy or light!. I currently weigh 185!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, what is your height and waist size at navel, so we can get a better idea of your body fat content!. Regardless, however, lifting weights/cardio, along with a balanced diet, is ALWAYS a good idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
