Question: My husband wants to get a vasectomy!?
but we dont know how to go about it!. do we just go to his dr and talk to him or is there usually a certain place to go to do this!. you know how women have gynecologists we just dont know if there is a certain kind of doctor he should go to any tips would help!.advice too!. thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had mTy vasectomy almost 10 weeks ago!. Most physicians will want the spouse to come to the appointment also!. The urologist we went to did the consultation and vasectomy on the same day!. It was great for us since both of us work during the day!. I did not have to get a referral from a physician!. I believe most urologists will see you without a referral for a vasectomy!.
