If my legs are sore from doing squats and lunges, is it ok to run the next morni!


Question: If my legs are sore from doing squats and lunges, is it ok to run the next morning!?
I like to run every morning before work!. But i know if your muscles are sore your supposed to let them rest, but is it different for this situation!? Like is it ok to run even tho your legs or sore!? Let me know!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You want to let your muscles recoup, otherwise you defeat the purpose by overworking them!. You will get better results with proper rest!. Remember, you grow while you sleep not in the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would do about 10 minutes of stretching and warm up your muscles first this will help prevent pulled muscles to i/d take it easy a couple of days also warm soaking baths help sore ness and stifnessWww@Answer-Health@Com
