What is the best way to gain about 10-15lbs in a month!?! I can't eat greasy or spicy food so is there any good protein shakes that are easy to find and safe for a 15 year old!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you want to gain fat or muscle!?

To build muscle, eat plenty of protein (meat, chicken, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, pulses & beans) and do weight training - if you don't have access to equipment, do pushups, situps and squats!. Then have a protein bar or shake afterwards so your muscles regenerate!.

If you want to gain fat !.!.!. you're crazy!. Hah! Nah, just eat high fat foods but preferably foods high in poly and monounsaturated fats like olive oil etc!. Avoid food with saturated and trans fat because that'll clog your arteries!.

For a combo of fat and muscle, eat plenty of protein fried in vegetable oil! ;) And snack on energy dense foods like walnuts, almonds and cashews (which contain protein and unsaturated fats - perfect snack!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trader Joe's sells protein powders that can go into pretty much any liquid!. I haven't tried the whey powder, but the soy powder goes well with pretty much any fruit juice!. The rule is 1 gram of protein each day for each pound you want to be, so if you want to be 160 lbs you should be consuming 160 grams of protein each day in addition to working out!. Either hit the gym hard or do tons of push ups, pull ups, and squats every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take creatine and work out and it'll help you build muscle a little faster, also theres stuff you can buy at like GNC, wal mart, etc!. called weight gain!. you mix a bit of it into a drink and drink it and Vwallah! you gain weight!. pretty self explanitory!.
keep in mind muscle weighs more then fat, so if your trying out for a specific weight class for a sport you might want that to be more muscle, stay low and you'll be a monster eventually!.

Drink skimmed milk after exercise it is as good or better at re hydration as isotonic sports drinks and contains the same protein as the pro tine builder powders because they are made from milk!. If you are a recovering anorexic or lost a lot of weight because you have been in hospital a long while your doctors should have given you a build up diet so stick to that!. Typically it is lots of beans steak eggs, and fortified milk ie full fat milk used instead of water to make up dried milk!. well technically, if you eat more calories then you spend!. The extra calories end up becoming weight so eat more calories then you can calculate you eating or using now!. Supplement wise, creatine mono-hydrate will do the trick!Www@Answer-Health@Com
