Question: Im 18 yrs old!.ive done chest building and though i have a hard chest the nipple region has inflated!?
im not sure im past puberty yet!.ive done serious chest building but the nipple makes it pop out more and looks horrible!?can anyone give a suggestion!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You my friend have gynecomastia!.!.!. this means a small nubbin of breast tissue has formed under your nipple!. This is very common especially in young men!.!.!. It is nothing to worry about and if you are really self conscious then you can have it removed (actually called a breast reduction) A couple of notorious causes are steroids, obesity, marijuana and cimetidine (antacid)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have that, but i've naver taken steroids, i'm not fat, i never took antacid!. unless the steroid you're talking about is the naturally producing ones in your body!. and i don't do drugs!Www@Answer-Health@Com
