OH OK! I never knew that spot had a name!. Taint makes it sound like it smells!. I'm sure some do!.
You've got a pulled tendon or something like that!. That's what the doctor is feeling for when he asks you to turn your head and cough!.
It should clear up on it's own in a week or so!. Take it slow and easy for a while!.
