Why dont my abs show?!
Question: Why dont my abs show!?
i cant get my abs to show i do crunches everynight and i can feel the six pack but i cant get the layer of fat to come off of my abdominal area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Crunches only strengthen your abs muscle, so do cardio exercise as it burns the fat (You may do jump-roping, running, etc)!.
2!. Pay attention on your nutrition after working out!. Muscle needs nutrition (protein esp) to recover itself (Crunches without nutrition after it may instead destruct the muscle and grow the pain as well)!.!.!.!. Consider low fat but hi protein milk!.
3!. Don't do the same exercise to the same muscle everyday, instead give the muscle a rest!. As what I red, recovery process of the muscle after hard exercise may take 24 hours!. You may work out everyday but please train different muscle!.
4!. Eat more healthily!. You may eat small amount of food about 6 -7 times a day (at 6am, 9am,12 pm, 3pm, 6pm)!. Eat frequently in smaller amount is to give the appropriate energy that your body need!. Eating in large amount oversupply your body and your body will keep it as fat!.
5!. Do daily activities as part of your cardio!. I usually walk upstairs (up to 5th floor) without using elevator!.

You should drink only water and eat more healthy also you should try running to lose that extra fat!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you eat healthier, and do exersise it should remove the layer of fat over you abs
