Well man im on the same mission!. First of all I don't think you can get a six pack in a month, But, if your not overweight and have low body fat then you already have the upper hand!. Eat lots of fruit and veggies and drink at least 8 - 10 tall glasses of water everyday!. If you can run a mile or two a day this will get your metabolism moving faster which will burn off that fat that hides your six pack!. Most of the time its not getting the six pack, its losing that fat that will show your six pack!. Do lots of situps, and crunches!. and you can even look up on the internet to find more exersizes!. transverse ones, where you put one leg bent on your other knee, and lean towards that side!. Hope you get the idea!. If you do those you will get a better 6 pack!.
Crunches!.!.!. anything that exercises your abdominal muscles!.

you need to have a bf lower then 10%!. do cardio and et healthy to lower it!. do sit-ups, crunches, and leg raises for exercises!. it may take a month or moreWww@Answer-Health@Com
Go to the gym and do sit ups on a slanted bench : ) works for me also it helps when you just drink water dont drink the engery drinks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
