Why do I feel nauseous when I workout?!


Question: Why do I feel nauseous when I workout!?
Everytime I hit the gym and try to lift heavy like I used to, I feel like I'm going to puke!. One time I told myself it was just a feeling and continued working out, but then I began to gag!. What's going on in my body that's causing me to feel nauseous, and what should I do to get back to normal again so I can lift like I used to without side effects!? I'm really frustrated and would appreciate any help!. Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Feeling neauseated (sp!?) or dizzy when you bend, lift, or strain in any way is a sign of high blood pressure!. AKA hypertension!. You should ask a Dr!. about it next time you have a physical!. Normal range is from 90/60 to 120/80!.

The other explanation is that you are dehydrated!.!.!.This can cause your body to work harder than it should!. Drink lots of water!. Not Gatorade!.!.!.water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seems that you are doing too much too soon!. You are overworking your body and the nauseousness is telling you that you need to take it down a notch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummm idk maybe your weight lifting too much and you should stay aside from weight lifting alittle!.
You have to drink water and and eat something at least everytime before you workout no food no energy no energy ur gonna feel like crapWww@Answer-Health@Com

when you gag your body is telling you that u have work to much and need to get reenergized try taking small breaks and drink plenty of liquids when u workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com
