Question: Plunger up my butt!?
I'm VERY constipated and I need to poop badly! If I plunge my butt will it make the poop come out!? I gave myself 10 enemas and my poop isn't moving at all!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i expect this is not a serious question considering how it was posed but have you ever heard of laxatives!? you might also change up your diet to reduce protein and increase greens!.!.!. eat more salads!. the roughage will help clean you out!.
enemas are debatably unhealthy as there is a lot of bacteria inside that your body actually needs!. in fact, food is broken down by bacteria in your body so you could be doing more harm than good!.
any issues that are persistent should always be taken to a qualified health professional first!. on a side note, the Mutter Museum has a lovely display of a human colon that's 8 feet long and 2 feet around!. the man maybe had one bowel movement a month and eventually died from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
