I born to have a Thick bone in my fingers and I hated! Is there anyway to cut down the bones and make it thiner and pretty!?

DON'T!. That's the way you were born, you have to learn to live with it!. What you want to do would be really dangerous to your fingers' usage, and I don't think they even do that kind of procedure anyways!.
