Question: Lower stomach body Fat!.!.!. Please Help!.!.!. Urgent for summer!?
Ok I am 14 and am getting ready for summer vacation now I want to get seriously ripped with my abs this summer!. Right now I have about a 4 pack and I just cant get my bottom 2 abs to come out, I do about 125 curl ups a day but It still seem like its not enough!. What can I do to get rid of it this summer,!.!. For me and for all the hot girls!.

Please help as soon as possible!.!.!.

First off, lower body fat is excess of water and sugar depending on your diet!. what you want to do is eliminate all harmful sugar and high saturated fats such as orange cheese!. Next, you want to do high cardio for your midsection such as fighting cardio because no matter how many sit ups or curl up you do, it will never show your abs because it does not burn fat, it only produces muscle strength and definition!. You must do this for a straight three to four weeks depending on your normal active lifestyle!. I would also look online for exercise cardio tips and you also need to realize your age will make a difference!. To effectively lose weight, you need to get your heart rate up to 102 beats per minute for 30 minutes a day for alteast 4 days out of the week, if you want faster results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, try doing cardio, like running, jogging, cross-training,etc for 20-30 mins, 3-5 times a week!.

Try doing interval training, like start warm up for 5 mins, then as fast as you can for 1 or 2 mins, then low back down to normal pace for 1-2 mins, then up again as fast as you can for 1-2 mins,!.!.!.!.Rinse and repeat until the 30 mins is up!.

This will help you tremendously to make your stomach appear "cut" and toned!.

You can also eliminate about 300 calories a day from your diet!.

Also, try eating lean protein and veggies, staying away from excess fat and calories!. Oh, empty calories also, stay away from them! Such as soda's, juice, etc!.

Try eating small meals throught the day, fist sized every 3-4 hours!. Drinks tons of water also!.

And then you can do an ab training program exercise routine!.

Like do 50 basic crunches, then 50 leg raises, then 50 obliques each side!. This is 200 sit-ups, do this about 5 days a week!.

You can also do "bicycle" simulation ab training on your back to work out all major areas!. Just lie on your back and imagine your riding a bike, simulating the same motion!. This exercise is by far the best ab exercise!.

ok this is what you do!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.firstly its not how hard you workout sure it helps but if you workout real hard and they eat mad junk and go to sleep you basically just screwed yourself big time!.!.!.!.!.!.so try this from today stop eating all junk and sugars!.!.!.!.!.!.!.do some long walks like 3 times a week about 20 minutes worth!.!.!.!.!.!.and if you have any exices equipments that provides some good resistance use them and try to work all body parts and stick too it!.!.!.!.!.!.in no time u'll start seein the differenceWww@Answer-Health@Com

do a search online for excersizes to do to work the lower abdomen muscles!. and do more curl ups!. try doing 150-200 a day and see how that goesWww@Answer-Health@Com
