Question: How do i lose weight with no hard and complicated workouts!?
I am 14 and i am not fat but chubby

i am 5!.6-7 and 145 but with a belly

Ultimately, some form of exercise will help you achieve your goals faster, but you can also do it if you Really watch your diet, consuming less calories of course!.

You can start off with a south beach diet, or very low carb(this would mean making a lot of your own meals) !.

You can do phase 1 , which is to eliminate as much carbs as humanly possible!. So lean meats, eggs, cheese, all the no carb variety, for 2 weeks!.

After this you can expect to see about 13 pounds lost!.

You can even do regular sit ups and leg raises to kick start and tone your mid section!.

This will help give you some tone!. You can also do push ups!. Start out doing as much as you comfortably can then increase as you go along!. This helps build the layer of muscle above your stomach, which will also help you look slimmer in the longrun; you see, it's all interconnected

Eliminate junk food alltogether if you dont go low carb!. This means empty calories also, such as soda, juice, etc!.

This stufff really just adds unnecessary calories in our bodies, which makes us fat! Calories essentially, well, over-consumption of calories is what really makes us gain weight!.

Do you have a bike!? This is a great form of exercise that's also fun! Do you have a nintendo Wii!? Find something that your passionate about,that can help you lose some calories in the process also!. This will help you tone up and get in shape!.

Start making active living a way of life!. This will help you in the long run and for the rest of your teenage years and adult-hood, to better create a toned, calorie burning body!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your talking about losing just fat, i can help!. i dont like the physique of bodybuilders cos they are too lean like 3 percent sometimes!. but if you want to get lean u have to follow some of there principles!. btw lots of people will say they take steroids this is true but steroids only make u bigger, there are some things u can take to enhance fat loss but these arent actually all that effective it takes alot of work to get to see all ur abs especially is ur quite big theres no point having a six pack if ur skinny!.
ideally eat 6 meals a day about 2 and a half to 3 hours apart!. each meal should have at least 30 grams of protein to maintain ur muscle, it should be farely low in fat but not too say around 10 grams or so per meal, the carbs are complicated, this is how much u should have as u go through the day:
meal 1- 50grams
meal 2- 40grams
meal 3- 30grams
meal 4- 20grams
meal 5- 20grams
meal 6- 0grams (well basically)
this is quite hard at first but u can get used to it, it depends on ur size the amounts i given are for someone who is about average as ur growing u might need a bit more if ur very big u might need more aswell and vice versa if ur small!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try something as simple as doing 25 crunches before you go to sleep and 60 jumping jacks before you shower !. Taking the stairs!. Avoid junk food!.
