I got a question
I just started this thing "get a 6 pack in 3 weeks"
it's been 2 days and already I see and feel a great difference!.
The thing is!.!. I don't want to LOOSE weight!.!. just get my body into better shape!.
I don't need to loose weight and in fact!.!. I'm normal weight for my size!.
Should I stop or will i just become stronger (maybe increase the body's muscle mass)

if you loose weight, then you loose fat, but you build up muscles, so you won't get skinny!. and muscles look better, and are healthier than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry buddy but your gonna lose weight no matter what you do as long as you continue trying to reach sixpacks!.!.!.!. you will Replace fat with muscle!.!.!. Muscle weighs more then Fat!.!.!.!. So you will weigh more and lose Fat storage in the abdominal area!.!. Its not bad Keep trying to get more Muscle mass,,, also if you decide to stop at any time your muscle will store your body fat wich is a good thing you whont notice any loss in weight or appearanceWww@Answer-Health@Com
well muscle weighs has mass obviously, so dont get it confused and your body is burning fat that it doesnt need!.

you wont lose weight, if youre concerned increase your carb and protein intake to balance it out youva gotta have muscle mass there to build on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
