i have it in my left nipple and its really annoying!. it says that hormonal inballance can cause it and i jack off a lot!. does this have anything to do with it!? advice!? how do i get rid of it without medication!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bring this fact to the attention of your parents!. See if their insurance covers a blood test for karyotyping your blood!. That way, you will find out if you do have a hormonal imbalance!. If so, and the breast continues to feel painful and uncomfortable, then surgery will remove the tissues underneath it!. After a few weeks, you can continue doing pushups, etc, to build up the muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It'll probably go away as you go through puberty!.!.!.but if not, the only way to get rid of true gynecomastia is through surgery!.!.!.!.cause true gynecomastia isn't fat, it's breat tissue, and no matter how hard you work out, you aren't gonna remove it, only through surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
