I can't grow facial hair...I would like to be able to..?!
Question: I can't grow facial hair!.!.!.I would like to be able to!.!.!?
I am a 21 year old, male, blonde haired, Australian!.
I have a hairy stomach area(dark hair), small amount of hair on my chest, blonde hair on my arms!. I CAN NOT grow facial hair for the life of me!.
I would like to have a bit of stubble, and basically I was wondering if there was anything that could assist with growing facial hair!?
I basically have like 10 hairs right under my mouth, another 10 on my chin and like 10 others on my sides and under my chin LOL!.

Shaving!.!.!. sucks! Millions of guys that shave will tell you how lucky you are!. I have stuff sitting on my face right now that's supposed to fight the acne and irritation that shaving causes!. If you're wanting it just for the looks, then just work what you've got, bro!
If you just gotta have it, simply shaving the fuzz off every few days for the next year or so is what I would do to help it grow!. A hormonal disorder worthy of therapy isn't necessarily likely, since what you're experiencing is pretty common (besides, you have the body hair, maybe your face just needs more time), but it wouldn't hurt to bring it up with your doctor!. Just consider yourself warned, you might be able to shave with no problem now, but the coarser your hair gets, the more it will hurt after you shave it!. I hope you don't have sensitive skin, most guys do and don't realize it!.
Oh, and Rogaine won't help, it doesn't absorb into your face the same way it does to your scalp!. It's also made to stimulate hairs that are ALREADY growing, not to make them START growing!.
