No its not true, but its one of those things where why chance it!. There are guys with one testicle who still have children!. More then one even and thats in an extreme case!. You can rupture a testicle, but this is from direct hits from sports accidents!. Its rare and even though it hurts more then anything you wont become infertile!. People have died from neurogenic shock from getting kicked in the balls!. You'd have to kick sooooo hard though!. thats extremely rare too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that depends on how hard you get hit and how many different times!. If damage is doen repeatedly then the testicles may not function any more or have to be removed!.
however if no damage is done then all should work fine!.
