Question: My friend lost alot of weight, what could be the cause !?
He told me that he's using cocaine again, and that his parents didn't buy any food!. He said, " He hasn't ate in 6 days "
I'm not a doctor, so I don't know exactly what could make someone lose a drastic amount of weight!.
( I don't know if it's a rumor, that hiv/aids causes weight lost !? )
He messes around with alot of girls!. I haven't seen him in a month!. A month is a short time for someone to change, then again I don't know !
Could full blown aids have attacked him, causing him to look frail, and unhealthy !?
Or could cocaine, and not eating for 6 days really make someone lose 10 to 15 pounds out of nowhere !?

Chances are it's the drug use!. He's probably also so de-hydrated!. AIDS is a bit more slow moving to be happening just in the last 30 days!. Good luck, because people like this aren't likely to go to a doctor!. Too paranoid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Both of those are very probable and plausible!. But if he's SAYING its cocaine: its probably is!. Cocaine causes EXTREME weight loss, even if you DO eat, so if he isn't eating on top of that, 10-15 pounds weight loss would be easily achieved!. Maybe just as a safeguard suggest going to a clinic to get tested!? There isn't much else you can do if its AIDS/HIV!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
