have you had vaginal births!? kegel exercises are recommended to tighten your muscles down there, and they help prevent incontinence also!! another good idea!.!. if you go to your local adult (sex) shop and purchase some Ben Waa balls, and practice holding them in place with your vaginal muscles, will help to strengthen the muscles down there, this exercise is tricky initially, but after a while you will find you will be able to get a good grip on your partner!!

do kegel excercises as often as you can and also yoga can help you tighten it up dont ask how i know also my gf says thaty she likes doint the kegel excercises when shes on top i dont mind her doing them either =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
