Will running counteract my weight training?!
Question: Will running counteract my weight training!?
My goal is to put on weight in form of muscle tissue, I have been eating appropriately and adjusted my fitness routine accordingly but I fear that I am losing my cardio fitness!. If I start running again will I shed the weight I have worked so hard to put on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle and fat are two seperate entities!.!.!.fat does not turn into muscle, nor does muscle turn into fat!.

Instead of running maybe cycle or jog easy!. Running will burn away calories and fat, but it won't deteriate muscle!. Just make sure you are eating enough calories so that your running won't take all the protein and stuff from you new diet to bulk upWww@Answer-Health@Com
